Episcopal Night at the Ballpark

Episcopal Night at the Ballpark returns on Wednesday, July 31, 2024!

This beloved annual event begins with a pre-game cookout in the Bishop’s Courtyard at 5:00 p.m. Food, drinks, and parking in the Cathedral’s garage will be available free of charge (while supplies last). Don your Astros gear, and enjoy some fun and fellowship with your Cathedral family and friends from around the Diocese.

Following the cookout, we’ll cheer on the Houston Astros as they beat the Pittsburgh Pirates at Minute Maid Park!

The game begins at 7:10 p.m. and tickets are $69 each. You can purchase tickets to the game in the Cathedral’s block of seats by clicking the link below. It is a five block walk to Minute Maid Park from the Cathedral campus. Ticket sales are available through July 27, 2024.

Note: Tickets in the Cathedral’s block of seats has sold out. Via the link below, you can purchase tickets in sections with others from around the Diocese of Texas. These ticket options range from $29.00 – $69.00 per ticket.

*Tickets to baseball game are not required to attend the pre-game cookout.

Check back here in early July to sign up to volunteer at the pre-game cookout. We need your help to provide southern hospitality and serve fellow Episcopalians from around the Diocese.

You can also sign up to volunteer at the Cloister table on Sundays in July.
