Mass of the Eternal Flame

The celebrated record label Acis is proud to present the world premiere recording Mass of the Eternal Flame: New Music by Ēriks Ešenvalds and Rachel Laurin, performed by the Cathedral Choir and the Treble Choir of Houston at Christ Church Cathedral under the direction of award- winning conductors Marianna and Robert Simpson.

This landmark project also features internationally-acclaimed organist Daryl Robinson performing Diptych, Opus 107 by Rachel Laurin (the second album featuring Daryl and the Cathedral on Acis). From its world premiere concert at Christ Church Cathedral in 2023, this thrilling and evocative album is ready to shine across the world. Mass of the Eternal Flame is available to stream now on all major platforms. You can order a copy of the CD directly from the Label, and we hope to have copies in the Cathedral Bookstore in the coming weeks.
