Fe y Justicia Worker Center Festival Community Event

This is an event that the Fe y Justicia Worker Center has invited the Christ Church Cathedral Latino Congregation. The event is this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We are very excited to announce the return of Fe y Justicia Worker Center into the community again. While Covid-19 put a halt to our daily lives we want to gather safely and reconnect with our community members. This is why the Center is planning an outdoor festival to help unify Fe y Justicia Worker Center, Holy Name Catholic Church, and City of Houston with our community again.

This Mothers Day Community Festival will be hosted at our new address at 1209 James Street, Houston Texas 77009 on Saturday, May 22, 2021, from 10, a.m. to 2 p.m.

They are partnering with the City of Houston and the Houston Health Department to provide a site for COVID-19 testing and offering vaccines.

This is an opportunity for members to get tested and vaccinated as well as sell and share cultural items and ideas they are passionate about from handmade goods to music moments and portion more community education resources. Also, Fe y Justicia Worker Center would like to invite community partners to be part of the event. The Houston police department will be also attending and showcasing games to engage with the community.
