Doormat Painting Parties

The Cathedral is hosting a set of TWO virtual Doormat Painting Parties at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 6.

We have everything you need to create your doormat, and two fabulous hosts to lead the fun. Minister for Children and Families KariAnn Lessner and Minister for Youth Marcia Quintanilla will take you step-by-step in English and Spanish.

Doormat kits (purchased in advance) can be picked up at the Cathedral on September 1-4 from noon to 6 p.m. Call Elizabeth Cuevas at 713-444-0510 and she will meet you at your car.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cost $45 per kit (includes pre-stamped mat, paints, brushes, and Zoom meeting info)

  • Doormat designs available in both English and Spanish

  • Purchase your kit through our vendor.
