Day of Pentecost and Senior Sunday
Pentecost Sunday is one of the seven principal feasts of the Episcopal Church. Red is the liturgical color for Pentecost and clergy will be wearing red vestments. We encourage parishioners to also wear red on Sunday May 19, in observance of this special day.
This year, Pentecost Sunday is also Senior Sunday! Please join us at the 11 a.m. service on Sunday, May 19 as we honor and give thanks to our Seniors and their families.
Lastly, we would like to invite you and your family to a special service of Choral Evensong for the Day of Pentecost at 5 p.m. in place of The Well. An organ recital will precede Evensong beginning at 4:15 p.m., and a reception will follow Evensong in Reynolds Hall.
