Ushers and Greeters

The Ushers, modern day successors to the ancient Church’s Doorkeepers, serve to greet people at the doors, extend hospitality and distribute service orders, and help with crowd management at most Sunday and other large services. Ushering is a great way to meet the membership of the parish and to begin to feel more a part of the congregation. Ushers work in service-groups, serving once a month on Sundays and available to help with special services at need. Contact Dean Barkley Thompson with questions or to begin serving as an usher.
